
Coffee Cupping
This workshop is focusing on the Coffee Cupping process - an evaluation tool used in the coffee industry.
Participants will learn how to properly evaluate the quality of coffee by Coffee Cupping. Furthermore, participants will learn about the different factors that influence the flavor of coffee, such as Origin, Processing methods and Roast Date.
This will be a fun and educational experience for people who love coffee, as it allows them to learn more about the flavour profiles of different coffees and to further develop their palate.

1. Introduction to Cupping
2. Understanding the process of Cupping
3. Tasting and understanding the tasting notes using SCA Aroma Wheel & SCA Tasting Wheel
4. Hands on experience with guidance on equipment operation & technique
Participants who fail to produce valid proof will not be able to join the class and no refund will be issued.
