Shipping within Singapore
We constantly seek to deliver the best coffee experience to you, whether it is at our stores or in your own home. Your order will be processed within the next 1-3 working days and should reach you within 5 working days of order placement (not inclusive of day of order placement).
We provide free local shipping (without tracking) for non-perishable orders above SGD55.
However, shipping fees will still apply for orders that contain perishable items such as Bottled Brew orders & Pre-orders (even for orders above SGD55).
For urgent orders, we would suggest doing a self-collection from our stores (free of charge). You may check out our stores' operating hours here. Do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first before making the trip down.
We aim to make this process as seamless as possible in the near future. In the meantime, please email us at email@example.com for shipping rates and an estimated delivery date (subject to custom delays).
Refunds / Exchanges
We do not provide refunds / exchanges for our retail coffee beans / tea products unless there are significant defects / damages. Should this happen, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving your shipment.
