This workshop is focused on the Coffee Cupping process - an evaluation tool used in the coffee industry.
Participants will learn how to properly evaluate the quality of coffee by Coffee Cupping. Furthermore, participants will learn about the different factors that influence the flavor of coffee, such as Origin, Processing methods and Roast Date.
This will be a fun and educational experience for people who love coffee, as it allows them to learn more about the flavour profiles of different coffees and to further develop their palate.

Class Size: Min. 2 participants, Max. 6 participants
1. Explanation and introduction to Cupping
2. Carry out the process of Cupping. (Explain details of what we are doing at each step) ( 2 x Origin with different processing methods to explain the difference)
3. Taste along with guests and explain / talk through tasting notes and how to pick them up (Aroma Wheel, Flavour Wheel, TCA Cupping notes sheet)
4. Participants must be able to complete the Cupping exercise from start to finish w/ guidance on equipment operation & technique
Participants who fail to produce valid proof will not be able to join the class and no refund will be issued.
A min. number of 2 signups are required before the workshop will be conducted. You will be notified 3 days in advanced should there a be cancellation by us, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
All sales are final, strictly no refund for cancellation. A one-time rescheduling of workshop date is allowed with a 5 days notice period.
